LOGETRA SAS, simplified limited liability company, was created in 2002 to undertake contractor management operations, building of new dwellings or renovation of older ones.

This creation was meant to meet the continuous demand of the setting up of a development "tool", serving its sole and majority shareholder, ALOTRA, the assets manager.

LOGETRA SAS was approved "Maîtrise d’Ouvrage d’Insertion" (Building Contractor through integration) by the public authorities, an approval now requested to implement such works, by September 20th 2011 Ministerial Order.
It’s now operating.
