Type of audience

Any person ages 18 to 30 with or no dependent child.
Isolated people or couples.
The level of monthly resources will be between 450€ and 1500€.
The administrative situation and resources allow a quick access to Individual Housing Grant (A.P.L.).
The candidate is enrolled in career plans or training and is ready to undertake a housing process.

Housing capacity, length of stay

85 dwellings furnished T1 (20 to 40 m2).
1 month residence contract renewable by tacit agreement, within the limit of 2 years.

Locally-based management: rental and social.
Activities room.
Internet access by individual subscription
Paying laundry.
