Crockery not provided.
Possibility to install a washing- machine in the flat.
Some dwellings meet disability standards (RDC T1 and T2).

Adapted local and social housing tenancy management by ALOTRA, close attention being paid to the residents’ situation with educational assistance.
Commitment of the resident in their relationship with local social services.
Introduction to Housing laws through individualized talks and conferences with debates.
House-hunting programmes including follow- up and individual assessment with the manager of the structure and with the social worker in charge of the resident.
