Alotra mobilizes!

Alotra mobilizes!

Marc Jeanjean, General Manager for more than 10 years, is taking a well-deserved retirement. He has accompanied the adventure of our association by ensuring its development and consolidation. He has carried out these actions within an ethical framework respectful of our values. Sylvain Rastoin succeeds him. Coming from the social action in the Bouches-du-Rhône area, he brings his experience of accommodation, housing and what makes the link between all our actions in the service of vulnerable people: the development of social links.
During the three months that he worked with his predecessor, he discovered the alliance between rigor and humanism, between professionalism and benevolence that characterizes our organization so well, as well as the commitment and attachment of our teams to the Alotra project.
These balances are also at the heart of the pairing that Sylvain Rastoin now forms with Pascal Gallard, who will be elected President in 2021. This tandem will continue the work of their predecessors by accompanying Alotra's development and strengthening its governance. They will do this by relying on the strengths of our association: a team of high-quality professionals in the field, the services of the head office and a committed, loyal and competent management committee. The serenity claimed by Alotra for the social residences, the reception areas for travellers and the reception center for asylum seekers that it manages, as well as for the social engineering missions that it carries out, is the most concrete expression of this.
Thanks to its ability to offer solutions to those with specific housing needs, thanks to its capacity to develop innovative know-how in social engineering and in providing support to a wide range of people, thanks to its ability to combine ethics and professionalism, Alotra will continue to develop in the service of those whom institutions are struggling to take into account.
You will hear about Alotra!
