Tailor-made educational actions
Alotra offers educational actions for your audiences that will allow access to the law, maintenance in housing and respect for the living environment, such as:

CONSERVATION management
For several years, with the support of the Société Eau de Marseille Métropole, we have developed an educational action on controlling water consumption with residents in difficulty in managing water consumption and paying bills.
The objective of this action, called "CONSERVATION OF WATER", is to allow each tenant household to understand their water consumption and give them the opportunity to act. This approach aims to advance all tenant households towards responsible and economical water consumption and the lessor towards better control of water consumption in common areas. The CONSERVATION management action is part of the more general strategy of keeping the most vulnerable tenants in their homes. Choosing a water management method is a decision that can be based on social principles, but also on technical and rental aspects.

Energy poverty: new entrants
The moment when a household moves into a new home turns out to be a crucial moment to give them the rules, tips and suggestions that will allow them to adapt to their new home and their new residence. It will be a question of informing him of his rights and duties, and of the proper use of equipment, of fluid management and monitoring of consumption, in order to avoid, in the first months, rental debt, APL rights not open, improper use of new equipment, overconsumption of energy and water, suspended monthly payments, irregular payments and chronic debt that sets in from the first months.
It seems necessary to implement all measures aimed at intervening as early as possible in order to prevent the problems linked to fuel poverty through the proper use of new equipment, to contribute to the proper adaptation of the household to its new environment and to reduce risks of rental debt. Alotra proposes to do this essential social support work to guide them in their new place of life.

Introduction to Digital
In a global context of dematerialization of administrative procedures in all services, ALOTRA offers a concrete action of initiation and training in IT tools in connection with administrative procedures and access to daily services b >. More and more tenants have shortcomings in the use of the computer tool, to the point that certain procedures are difficult for them and accessing or maintaining social rights is becoming increasingly complex for some.

Home ownership
Because acquiring your main residence is a real life project, it is not easy to understand and take ownership of everything that will change in the transition from the status of tenant to that of owner. Indeed, the fact of repaying monthly loan repayments much cheaper than rent, should not make us forget the charges, the property tax, the work to be borne by it, etc.
Supporting your tenant to become a good landlord ensures you a much more serene management of the residence.

Support for an aging public in social housing
The country is aging and the French want to stay in their homes until their last day. How, then, to develop the existing park so that the accommodation remains habitable, despite the rise in age-related disabilities? The question concerns all owners, occupants or lessors. And first of all, given the size of their housing stock (3.8 million housing units), low-cost housing. This is another challenge for organizations, which already have many.
In this global context of aging of the HLM park tenants, Alotra offers support to the lessor in the definition of a home care strategy for the elderly, as well as support for this public towards structures adapted to their needs.
