Support for Adapted Technical Management

With the objective of contributing to the overall functioning of the residences, this mission is designed as support for the Area Manager in local technical management and daily service relations. It is a question of supporting the tenants in the technical aspects of their contract, of ensuring the good functioning of the equipment and the good progress of the technical or urban interventions on the sites.

By supporting the inhabitants in practices in line with the rules of common law, we will try to achieve a conventional rental management (maintenance, works, complaints, etc.), but also to support the lessor in the definition and the realization of investment programs (site development, information for residents, interface, mediation, etc.)
