Rehabilitation of the GUICHOUX Building

After several months of rehabilitation work, Logetra welcomed on December 12, 2017, 6 families in the Guichoux building located in the 14th district of Marseille.

Testimony of Monique (75 years old) and Jacques (68 years old):
"We arrived in ALOTRA in October 2003. We used to live in Gardanne but with unemployment, we looked for social housing with the social worker. In Casanova, the first years were pleasant but the arrival of new ones public changed the atmosphere. But we were fine and we never had a problem. Now there are children too. The accommodation was small but we were fine. We were used to it. At one point, we had rent problems… we tightened the string to pay our debt.
We arrived in Guichoux in early December 2017. We visited Logetra's accommodation with the manager. The week after, we came back. Here we can stay. Compared to the neighborhood, we got closer to the shops, it's less far.
Now we're on the ground floor, it's better. We know the neighbor. Here is a bit of paradise. We are less disturbed ... "
