Facing mental health

Since 2017, Alotra has been trying to structure work with the CMPs and other psychiatric services in Marseille. The objective being to prevent and better support residents suffering from mental disorders and to welcome new audiences on the basis of close discussions with the CMPs, integrating shared action monitoring.
In line with this approach, the Regional Health Agency launched a call for projects aimed at hospitals, focused on strengthening the CMP.
In consultation with the heads of adult psychiatry centers, the management of Edouard Toulouse and the members of the GCSMS Coordination Marseillaise Santé Mentale et Habitat , it appeared opportune to build a response around additional resources for CMP, in order to dedicate 50% of new recruitments to the implementation of a cooperation project through the organization of home interventions, care teams in conjunction with Alotra teams.

This first year of intervention shows all the added value of this action.
