On June 12, 2018, all Alotra employees met for "Building the Future".
Having initiated the development of a Strategic Development Plan, it was essential for Alotra not to question its employees.For a whole morning, employees have been creative in collectively making a work representative of the image they have of Alotra or the image that partners have of Alotra. Alotra can be proud of their works, representative of their commitment to the association.
It was also an opportunity to give a large number of employees their diploma on qualifying training "Local Management" followed for several months.
In the afternoon, the teams confronted each other through numerous events such as surfing, tasting insects, crossing the spiderweb, etc.
Some employees showed agility and above all good humor.
Thank you all for your investment every day.
On May 11th 2017, communication was the red thread of this second day reserved for all employees of Alotra.
All structures know how difficult it is to communicate. Until then we had concentrated on our external communication. Internal communication is just as important. It is the key to success since it is part of a dynamic of information exchanges, which goes far beyond information. Also, internal and efficient communication adds value to human resources management. Thus, it brings together a project, enhances skills, strengthens the sense of belonging and stimulates efficiency and creativity.
After the opening speech of Marc JEANJEAN, Managing Director, Christophe FIGHIERA, Head of Human Resources, presented all the last employees who have arrived in the association since the beginning of the year and congratulated the internal promotions. Applause and nice meetings allowed everyone to get to know each other better.
Nathalie BERTHE, Director of Social Development, followed up with the presentation of the activity report for 2016.
In order to give a better account of the activities, the dissemination of two films made by the CADA and Réaltor teams led to a better understanding of the work of the other.
As a follow-up to the first day of 2016 employees, we asked volunteers to look at the idea of an Intranet communication system enabling them to obtain answers tailored to the needs of each individual.
The CODIR was very pleased with the involvement of the participants and held during this 2nd day employees to thank them for the time they devoted and the quality of the work provided. The Intranet site thus takes shape and should be operational during the 4th quarter of 2017.
After an emotionally charged morning and a meal under the arcades of an old mill, the teams set up in the morning were able to show their creativity to meet the challenges of this photo rally. Some employees have revealed their talents as actor, dancer, singer ... This day was able to end in bursts of laughter, with the diffusion of the videos and photos realized throughout the afternoon.
The challenge of facilitating communication between employees has been gained, but we all have to work together and to continue this process every day, so that it can be effectively consolidated.

June 9, 2016, "Together and United" were the hallmarks of a day dedicated to all employees of ALOTRA.
The members of the Executive Committee wished to reunite the team and strengthen the sense of belonging to a group with shared goals.
The meeting, exchange and fun allowed everyone to get together and share moments of relaxation, a way as to involve them in the company's life.
Upon arrival and with a cup of coffee, a welcome lotto where "Who is a musician ?", "Who worked for more than 10 years at the Alotra ?", "Who has two children", allowed everyone to meet, to discover.
A different context of everyday life, more casual is also the opportunity to discover his colleagues in a different light.
It was also proposed to the teams to think about topics such as the needs of our audiences, the values of the association and points of improvement ... The discussions and proposals were rich ...
Then stories that marked the employees were told — as the resident who cried for 10 minutes when the condition of its housing, the initiation of the alarm from 9am to students clean the halls of residence after the celebration of the day, children marvel at the musical instrument of the Philharmonic group of Aix-en-Provence, ...
